Aeroclub Rules
| General |

Every pilot of the SN Virtual Airlines Group must respect all the rules which are noted here.
The SN Virtual aeroclub has the right to make minor changes to these rules without notice, major changes must be notified to the current pilots. The SN Virtual Aeroclub has the right to implement these minor changes at any time they choose. All the details you'll get in this Virtual Flight Aeroclub may not be used for real-life aviation. The SN Virtual Aeroclub doesn't have any connection with any real Flight Aeroclub. All SN Virtual Airlines Group pilots can be a pilot of the SN Virtual Aeroclub. It is an Aeroclub so most flight will be preformed VFR and in small planes.

| 1. Pilot Requirements |

1. The pilot must have any Flight Simulator. 2. The pilot must be able to show professionalism and realism. 3. The pilot must be a member of the SN Virtual Airlines Group. 4. The pilot must show respect to all our member airlines. 5. The pilot must respect all other members and the staff. 6. The pilot is required to read the rules again every month, this is to ensure he/she is aware of all minor changes that appear in the rules. 7. The pilot may not be a member of another Virtual Airline simulating one of the Airlines simulated by the SN Virtual Airlines Group. 8. Pilots flying ONLY for Aeroclub must abide the inactivity rule 3 of the SNVA Group reported in the SVAG Rules |
| 2. Aeroclub Membership |

1. Only join the Aeroclub if you are realy interested to fly VFR-flights. 2. The pilot needs to fly 12 hours each year. 3. At the end of the year, pilots who didn’t reach the 12 hours will be removed from the Aeroclub. 4. When a pilot is removed, he/she will have the possibility to rejoin the Aeroclub immediately upon written request by mail to aeroclub. 5. Pilots who are deleted from the Aeroclub during 2 consecutively years will be banned automatically for 1 year and will not be able to rejoin the Aeroclub again until this ban-period has passed. 6. All SVAG-pilots can join the Aeroclub simply by sending a mail to aeroclub with the request to be activated as an Aeroclub-pilot. |
| 3. Flights |
| 3.1 General |
|
1. For each flight, the pilot is required to send in ONE PIREP - no more then one PIREP for a flight is allowed-either with HomeFLY or the website. 2. If a pirep has been locked, the pirep must be send to flightops within 5 days. In case the pirep has not been send the pirep will be cancelled. 3. The SN Virtual Airlines Group has the right to ask more information about a PIREP if it thinks something is wrong or just as a routine check. 4. A Pilot is not allowed to send a PIREP for a flight that he/she did not fly. 5. A flight may only be PIREPed once correctly. 6. Events can only be logged if the pilot participated to the event itself and only on the day of the event. 7. The pilot is not required to fly the flights at the time indicated in our timetable, but is encouraged to set his FS Clock to this time. 8. The pilot must check all info before starting the flight to be sure he is logging the correct way. |
| 3.2 Offline / Online |

1. All flights, can be flown online and offline. 2. Events should be flown online, except when specified otherwise.

| 3.3 Simulation Rate |
|
1. The maximum simulation rate is 1x. 2. Flights flown with a simulation rate higher than allowed will be cancelled. |
| 3.4 Aircraft |
|
1. Free to choose an aircraft type, but it can’t be no higher than a medium class. 2. The plane can’t have more than 2 propellers. Twin turboprop is also allowed. 3. The pilot is free too choose the aircraft for Special Flights, Tours and Events except when specified otherwise and in range of above discussed rules. |
| 3.5 Open Flight Number ACXXXX |

1. The number will be ACXXXX and is a part of Aeroclub (4 times letter X). 2. You can only fly this number 4 times in a month. 3. Each flight can only be PIREPed one time. No Exeptions will be made if it's send a second time. 4. The flight can’t be longer then 2h00 (around 420nm). 5. The flight can’t be shorter then 30 minutes. 6. You can’t fly a flight from the Timetable, so check before flight. 7. Only log with Aeroclub no other departments. 8. You need to fill in the Departure en Destination ICAO before sending your log in the comment. No other way is possible, so now ICAO’s via mail only via Pirep for validation. 9. Only Light or medium aircrafts are allowed with max 210kn. |
| 4. Timetable - Tours and events. |

1. Every pilot of the SN Virtual Airlines Group is free to choose a flight from the local flights. 2. Every pilot of the SN Virtual Airlines Group is free to fly a tour, but has to check the completion standards of the tour itself. 3. Every pilot of the SN Virtual Airlines Group is free to participate an Event, but has to comply with the rules. 4. Some flights exist of more than one leg! Every pilot must check his/her flight information before start. If the pirep is not correct the flight will be cancelled, and refly is necessary. |
| 5. HomeFLY |
| 5.1 If the pilot's flight simulator version is compatible with HomeFLY V3: |

1. The pilot is required to log his/her flights with HomeFLY v3. 2. The pilot is required to send his/her PIREP via HomeFLY v3. 3. When the pilot is unable to send the PIREP via HomeFLY v3 (log error,...), he/she should contact Flight Operations Department. They'll send him/her an emergency code. With this code he/she can send his/her PIREP via the website. The code works ONLY once and will only be given for HomeFly errors due to technical problems and not if it is a mistake of the pilot. 4. The number of emergency codes that is given is monitored. |
| 5.2 If the pilot's flight simulator version is not compatible with HomeFLY V3 |

1. The pilot is not required to log his/her flights with HomeFLY V3. 2. The pilot can send his/her PIREP via the website. 3. When HomeFLY becomes available for the pilot's flight simulator version, he/she will get a 2 weeks transfer period. |
